Executive Associate to CEO (remote)

These are your tasks:

  • You will work closely with our CEO Valerie and support her in operational and strategic issues and also accompany her to appointments within Germany and the EU (max. 10% travel).
  • One focus will be the management and implementation of various projects - including budget planning and monitoring, tracking project milestones and deadlines. This also includes reporting status and project results to management.
  • Your tasks include the preparation, organization and follow-up of internal and external meetings, including taking minutes, as well as coordination and follow-up of the resulting tasks.
  • You create presentations as a sound basis for work and decision-making for management.
  • In addition, you will conduct research and create market, competitive and company analyses.
  • You work with internal teams and external partners to achieve the company's strategic goals.
  • You coordinate Valerie's calendar and support her with her emails. You are also responsible for her/your travel planning and organization.

What you should bring with you:

  • A completed degree in business administration or a comparable subject.
  • Initial professional experience in a similar position is an advantage (e.g. assistance, project management, business development, etc.), but those starting their careers directly after graduation are also welcome.
  • Ideally experience in project management and project management tools.
  • Highly organized, independent and proactive hands-on personality with good communication skills.
  • High level of commitment, resilience and flexibility, coupled with the ability to work in a solution-oriented manner even in stressful situations.
  • Strong analytical thinking, understanding of business processes and an affinity for numbers and data.
  • Enjoyment in getting to grips with new topics and continuously developing yourself.
  • Ability to find creative solutions “out-of-the-box”.

Stable help / care of our VEGDOG sheep herd (location AMMERSEE) (f/m/d)

Do you fancy an exciting and independent working atmosphere in the open air surrounded by sheep and idyllic nature at 82396 Pähl, Ammersee? That's a good thing! Because we are looking for friendly and active support to look after our VEGDOG sheep herd.

We, younikat GmbH, a dynamic company from Munich, have developed a vegan dog food with specialist veterinarians under the brand VEGDOG.
Our consistent product philosophy has led to exceptional success on the European market. Our philosophy also includes the fact that we love all animals!

For this reason, we have saved a herd of around 20 sheep from the slaughterhouse. They are now part of the VEGDOG family and graze on Lake Ammersee. We are looking for them as soon as possible:

A temporary worker on a mini or midi basis to look after our flock of sheep.

These are your tasks:

  • Minor work related to stable maintenance
  • Observation of the health status of individual sheep
  • Maintenance of the inventory book in which illnesses and veterinary visits are recorded
  • support with veterinary visits
  • food purchase and feeding
  • Coordination of hay delivery and manure collection
  • fence maintenance
